In this paper,through a large number of research on deck-charging technology,an innovat ive vacuum interval charging technology has been put forward,and the concrete specimen of the blasting simulat ion test interval charging structure of vacuum blasting effect were studied.The purpose of this study is to improve the blasting mechanism of interval charge,study on the propagation law and mechanism of the explosion of the vacuum interval medium,the theory of the influence of vacuum interval charge blasting is summarized,then the theory is used to guide and optimize the blasting operation.The main content of the research and conclusion:(1)The explosive charge structure can control energy distribution,is an important means of controlling blasting effect.At the bottom of the application of interval charging structure,to improve the grain weight,make the upper rock mass even broken.The initial blast pressure of the rock is adjusted,the blasting time is prolonged,and the blasting effect is improved.Compared with the continuous loading structure,when using the bottom space charge structure,with the increase of the depth of the blasting crater,the volume of the blasting crater is larger than that of the continuous charging method,and the output rate of the blasting block is reduced obviously.(2)Vacuum interval charging structure of hole bottom,the utility model is favorable for the rock mass at the bottom of the hole to be broken,and the foundation is reduced,meanwhile,the vacuum separation device has the function of buffering and hysteresis,which can prolong the time of blasting action,increase the impulse of blasting,and make the blasting block more uniform;The use of bottom vacuum spacer can increase the volume of blasting crater,reduce the bulk rate and unit consumption of explosives,and make the use of energy more reasonable.(3)At the bottom of the vacuum layer,the ratio of the buried depth of medicine within 37.5% ~ 50%,the better blasting effect is obtained.In this paper,through theoretical analys is and field exper iment,research vacuum blasting effect of interval charging structure,and its blasting mechanism and technical measures.Finally,summarizes the research content,expect to test the blasting effect of vacuum interval charging in the engineering practice,and further explore its blast ing principle and t echnology,provide theoretical basis for the blasting and technical support.
