The contradiction between the management of natural conservation area and the development demand of surrounding community has badly influenced the management effective in natural reserve. Community participation is the way to resolve this contradiction and the way to realize its sustainable development. Our research chose Leigongshan Nature Reserve as the studied area. And then we put forward the necessity of implementing tactics of community involvement.Furthermore, the research selected 12 independent variable in three dimension including"individual factors","living factors" and political factors. We regressed these independent variable to the dependent variable via Logistic model. And then it found that there are 5 significant variable as followed: individual education background, damage caused by wildlife, increase of family income, the cognitive level of nature reserve and resource utilization. The remainder are insignificant variable. The reason for some of insignificant variable is the poor nature reserve management. At the end of this research, we conclude the followed weak element of community participation: low level of self-quality, limited participation channels, low level of involvement, low participant initiative level caused by lacking acknowledge of public management. And Come up with policy proposal as followed: 1) Establish education and training institution to improve the self-quality of community resident; 2) perfect the institution of the community involvement; 3) Develop the ecotourism and instinctive agriculture; 4) Implement the ecological compensation program; 5) Set up incentive institution to improve the initiative of resident participation; 6) Define the ownership of nature resource; 7) Reinforce the development of base management station.
