Research On Community Co-Management Of Dongzhaigang Mangrove Nature Reserve

With the development of social economy,the problem of ecological environment deterioration of nature reserves has been highlighted,the conflict between the reserve and community residents has been increasingly aggravated,which restricted the development of the reserve,how to coordinate the contradiction has become relatively difficult.Community CO-management model is a relatively mature way of resolution in the developed countries,which effectively relieves the conflict situation of protection and development,it specially emphasizes on the coordination and cooperation between the participants,they work together to protect ecological environment and improve the living standard of community residents.The thesis selected the Sanjiang Farm community,which located in Dongzhaigang mangrove nature reserve as the research object,research on the aquatic resources sustainable development and the Community CO-management implementing in local community,Through the in-depth exploration about the process of Sanjiang Farm community CO-management,point out the deficiencies of the management process,probe into its subjective and objective reasons existing in it.combined with the existing problems of the authority perform system and the actual situation of the local community,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions will be proposed,in order to achieve sustainable development of aquatic resources,to explore win-win development situation of the reserve and the surrounding communities.
