Destruction of open-pit mining on the environment is dominant,which is the most significant change of original landform and ecological environment.Mountains and valley were filled and a lot of lands were digged and occupied.It is an urgent matter to carry out ecological restoration to open-pit mine.Land reclamation is an important way of open-pit mine ecological restoration.Land reclamation planning should be an early and quality planning.The traditional approach and idea-"reclaiming after mining" clearly hasn't been satisfied by new requirements of ecological restoration.So the "reclaiming and mining at the same time"-the mining-dumping-reclaiming technology was emerging.Two kinds of mining-dumping-reclaiming technologies were stated according to the difference of mineral resource occurrence conditions,which are the mining by areas-internal dumping-reclaiming technology and the mining by periods-external dumping-reclaiming technology.The former is fit for horizontal resources occurrence conditions and the latter is fit for inclined resources occurrence conditions.Based on the two kinds of integrated technology through designing process,designing graphic,building 3D models and writing pseudo code that mastered the characteristics and laws of the two methods in technical process,the work cohesion,logistics planning and so on.Revealing the relationships among the mining-dumping-reclaiming technology,the mining parameters and dump selection.It lays foundation for further optimizing and comprehensive evaluating of the mining-dumping-reclaiming technology.In this paper,the mining-dumping-reclaiming technology is optimized from three aspects: process selection,logistics planning and mining parameters.Putting forward the principle,the evaluation system and mathematical model of the mining-dumping-reclaiming technology.Different logistics planning were carried out,according to the different materials and purposes on the rock and topsoil.Operational function is derived from the rocks.Total cost of reclamation,optimal acquisition period,economic volume,collection time and stop the supply of the formula for calculating the maximum value of topsoil are derived.The optimization formula of the mining-dumping-reclaiming technique parameters is deduced by the study of topsoil stripping bench working line length and the optimal thickness of the topsoil.In this paper,comprehensive evaluation of the mining-dumping-reclaiming technology is made on the two aspects of economic benefit and ecological restoration effect.The mathematical expression of the optimum economic benefit of the mining-dumping-reclaiming technology under different climatic conditions is considered.From the four aspects of reclamation rate,land conservation,ecological carrying capacity and ecological risk,the comprehensive evaluation of the ecological restoration effect of the mining-dumping-reclaiming technology was carried out.By comparing the traditional reclamation techniques of "reclaiming after mining " and the mining-dumping-reclaiming technology,reclamation rate and land conservation effect can be indicated that the the mining-dumping-reclaiming technology has great advantages in ecological restoration effect.During the process of writing,the methods of consulting references,buliding mathematical models,technical economics and computer designing were used synthetically.
