Study Of Selecting Mining Technology Of Coal Seam In Areas Of Yimin Open-pit Coal Mine

Different conditions of coal resource occurrence will lead to different difficulties in coal mining,It is relatively simple for the mining of a single horizontal coal seam,but more refined technologies and equipment are needed for the mining of multiple coal seams and thin coal seams.Based on coal-bed gangue in yimin open-pit mine,this paper optimizes the open-pit mining technology by using field data collection,computer technology and technical and economic ratio.The paper uses 3Dmine to establish a three-dimensional deposit geological model,and analyzes the thickness distribution law,coal seam structure and coal seam dip distribution of the 5#,9#,15#,16#,and 16# coal seams in Yimin Open Mine.During the fan-shaped steering and the parallel engineering volume of the three mining areas,we puts forward single bucket-truck technology,surface miner technology,wheel bucket mining technology,integrated mining technology and so on four technology,Through the analysis of the selection and extraction efficiency of each technology and the difficulty of selecting and selecting,the single-dump-truck technology and the flexible and comprehensive technology with relatively mature technology are preliminarily determined.In this paper,through the purpose of maximizing the economic benefits of open pit mines,the economical comparison of the investment and operating expenses of the single bucket-truck technology and the five integrated technologyes is the best,and the 3800 SM surface miner + single bucket is finally proved.The truck integrated technology is the optimal solution,and through the comparison of the enthalpy rate and the calorific value of the selected technical indicators,it is verified that the technology can be used for the selecting mining The research results have important significance for the theory and technology of compound coal seam mining.This article has 35 pictures,37 tables,and 83 references.
