Due to China's CBM exploitation and research started late,the study of CBM drainage equipment,basically to learn from the oil-producing equipment and to transform based.Beam pumping unit,which is still widely used in CBM,need to increase its size exponentially when improving its stroke.What's more,beam pumping unit's efficiency is very low.To resolve these problem,non-beam pumping unit is coming,which stroke and speed can be easily adjusted and it has high efficiency.However,the main obstacles for the application of the non-beam pumping unit are lacking a reliable and nice reversing device.Based on the theory of non-circular gear transmission,a noncircular gear automatic reversing box is designed,which can achieve the motor in the input rotation of the same circumstances,to achieve the results of the polished rod a certain law of variable motion and automatic reversing.Compared to the traditional four-bar linkage mechanism,the non-circular gear pair has the advantages of compact structure,relatively stable transmission and easy realization of dynamic balance.The new balanced structure can storing and release gravity potential of counterweight.Use this method to solve the problem of sudden change of motor torque and improve the stability of the work and the efficiency of the motor.Design adjusting mechanism of stroke and speed,in the case do not need to change the size of the machine,to facilitate simple operation,achieving different operating conditions.The use of vertical rack design,simple and compact structure,greatly reduces the pump volume and area,saves the cost.With energy conservation as starting point,in order to solve non-beam pumping unit's reversing problem,this paper designed a non-circular gear automatic reversing vertical pumping unit.Detailed design non-circular gear by MATLAB.Analysis pumping unit's polished rod motion and load,then determine balance weigh.Complete a pair of non-circular gears meshing movement and complete the simulation of non-circular gears reversing box components by using ADAMS.Compared the simulation results to theoretical calculated ones,the results verified that the theoretical analysis is correct.
