Aiming at the conventional beam pumping unit has a problem of low transmission efficiency and large inertia load,as well as different types of new pumping units,like linear motor pumping unit,chain pumping unit,gear and rack pumping unit have shortcomings in use.By comparing the structure scheme with different kinds of pumping unit,a new screw pumping unit structure is put forward:the rotation of the screw through the guide assembly,to balance the reciprocating linear motion along the screw axis,so as to solve the problem of beam pumping unit poor balance,low efficiency,large inertia load and non-beam pumping unit complex reversing mechanism,high failure rate,maintenance difficulties,and realize long stroke and low speed,large load.This paper mainly includes the following several parts:First of all,the thesis shows a comprehensive analysis of the development of all kinds of pumping unit at home and abroad research situation and main problems of the existing pump-ing unit;And the development trend of pumping units.Finally,it shows proposed the research content and technical route.Secondly,to give the overall design of the screw pumping unit.According to the working principle of the screw pumping unit,the polished rod motion mathematical model is obtained.And completes the polished rod load and the balance of pumping unit calculation,choose motor,reducer and coupling.Again,complete structural design of major parts of the pumping unit,including the screw,roller,frame,belt,crane wheel,and use Solidworks to complete the 3D model establishment;checking calculation of the main shaft and bearing.Then,a rope is established based on ADAMS/Cable module system instead of the pump-ing unit belt.Dynamics and kinematics simulation analysis of pumping unit under different stroke,different times of stroke,different acceleration and deceleration time.Finally,the finite element analysis of main structure of pumping unit and the improveme-nts,including:using ANSYS static analysis,two kinds of frame pumping modal analysis and buckling analysis.And according to the analysis results,the frame is improved.The main components of direction of oil pumping unit assembly,screw,roller are carried by the finite element analysis,and get the stress and strain contours.
