Belt conveyor has the advantages of long distance,large capacity and continuous transmission and so on,now has become the key to efficient coal mining equipment.In this paper,based on the present situation of the 11 th mine of pingmei belt conveyor control system,in view of the belt conveyor with independent control,underground staff on-site operation,single control strategy and many other problems,we design the belt conveyor intelligent control system.In this paper,we design the dynamic control strategy based on ANFIS by the fusion of fuzzy control system with artificial neural network,This method first uses the grid partition strategy to determine the initial network structure,and then through the contrast analysis makes the hybrid method as the parameters of the model calibration algorithm,finally the system optimizes the model of network structure through the subtraction clustering method,and shortens the training time of network.Also the model keeps relatively smooth in the process of adjusting without overshoot phenomenon.We put forward motor control strategy based on the current average method in view of the phenomenon of motor overload in the belt conveyor dynamic speed regulating process.The method achieves the multi-motor control by comparing current average with various motor current to adjust the motor torque.Two kinds of control strategy supplement each other together to realize the intelligent control of underground belt conveyor.The intelligent control system consists of the ground monitoring center,the PLC controlling center,the downhole control substation and communication network,etc.The downhole control substation realizes the belt conveyor multi-mode control,"S" type soft start,intelligent control strategy,fault detection and other functions by using S7-300 as the core controller.The PLC controlling center can communicate with the system and achieve real-time monitoring through industrial Ethernet's transmission with first place machine.The system using iFix configuration software as the programming software realizes the function of intelligent control system of belt conveyor such as real-time monitoring,fault alarm,history query operation curve,etc.Through field test,the system can run stably and has a good energy saving effect.It not only improves the production efficiency,but also improves modern management level of the coal mining enterprises.
