At present,belt conveyor is the main equipment of bulk material transportation in all walks of life,especially in coal mining industry,belt conveyor is the core equipment of coal transportation system.However,the traditional belt conveyor transportation system can only perform simple start-stop control,and cannot regulate the belt speed according to the change of conveyor belt load,and always maintain the initial belt speed operation,resulting in low transportation efficiency and high energy consumption,this paper studies the intelligent control system of downhole multi-stage belt conveyor.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of single control method and low transport efficiency of the traditional belt conveyor transport system,a stable and accurate intelligent control system is proposed to obtain the optimal belt speed of the conveyor through the optimal matching of belt speed and load.The simulation results show that the intelligent control of the transportation system can reduce the waste of energy,such as no load,light load and high belt speed,and improve the utilization rate of energy.(2)In view of the present stage uses the fixed time interval speed control method to carry on the control to the belt speed.Taking the speed regulation interval as the entry point,the dynamic time interval speed regulation method is studied,the reference speed and the coal flow rate are matched,and the energy saving effect of the dynamic time interval speed regulation method is tested by simulation.The simulation results show that the energy saving effect of the dynamic time interval speed regulation method is remarkable(3)Aiming at the problems the control method of belt speed is too accurate,which leads to frequent change of belt speed and aggravates mechanical wear.Then,an intelligent control strategy based on fuzzy control is proposed,in which the belt speed of the conveyor is adjusted by taking the error and acceleration between the belt speed and the reference belt speed as input and the output frequency of the frequency converter as output.Simulation results show that this method can realize intelligent control of belt conveyor and effectively reduce energy consumption.(4)According to the concept of distributed centralized control,the paper designs the underground multi-stage belt conveyor transportation system.The connection of hardware mainly depends on OPC to realize the data communication between PLC,configuration software and MATLAB.Through field test,the system realizes the dynamic control of the belt conveyor.According to the calculation and analysis of the energy saving effect,the intelligent control of the transport system using the system is more energy saving than the traditional way.
