Petroleum and its products occupy a considerable proportion of China's energy structure,China has become the country's largest oil production and consumption.Oil and its products are a mixture of various hydrocarbons,in which the light component has a strong volatility,to the business and society in the safety,environment,energy and other aspects had a serious impact.VOCs is very important troposphere trace components in the atmosphere chemical processes actor very important role,forming the second organic pollutants,atmospheric oxidation,human health,etc.has an important influence.VOC emissions from stationary storage tanks petrochemical estimation methods vary across countries.In this paper,The BP neural network estimation method is used to study the influence of storage parameters such as true vapor pressure,storage tank diameter,turnover volume,gas space height and tank color.Can quickly and easily and effectively estimate the emissions of VOCs in the tank have an important guiding value.(1)The main factors influencing the storage capacity of the four types of VOCs in the petrochemical storage tank are the daily average temperature difference of stored storage,the real vapor pressure of the storage material,the turnover of the storage material,the storage material Molar molecular weight,etc.,the secondary influencing factors are the volume of the tank,the height of the storage material,the color of the tank and so on.(2)The petrol storage tank and methanol tank of a petrochemical enterprise in Shanghai were taken as the case object,and the total loss of the calculated tank was compared with the results of the Ministry of Finance.The recommended TANKS model was the closest,and the residual loss of the gasoline tank The error rate is 39.16%,the error of work loss is 2.14%,the error rate of static loss of methanol tank is 33.24%,the error rate of work loss is 50.95%;Japan's "Successful case of pollutant discharge and transfer of registered substance" The error of the static loss is 54.04%,the error rate of the working loss is the error rate of the working loss,the error rate of the working loss is 54.04%,the error rate of the working loss is 142.10%;"oil depot energy conservation guide" recommended formula to calculate the results of the largest error.(3)Using BP neural network to simulate the VOCs emission of fixed storage tanks in petrochemical enterprises,and verify the accuracy of BP simulation results,the average error of static loss is 5.57%,and the average error of work loss is 3.46%.
