The current atmosphere situation is very grim,pollution is characterized by ozone,fine particulate matter(PM2.5)and acid rain have become increasingly prominent regional complex,the heavy air pollution large areas appears frequently in these years,has seriously hampered social and economic sustainable development,threatening people's health.VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)as a promoter,one of the main precursors of ozone and PM2.5 formation of a growing social concern.The effective control of VOCs has become a hot issue at the field of atmospheric environment in China.Through the process analysis to the sources of VOCs in petrochemical enterprises,the possible sources of VOCs were divided into fugitive emission sources and organized emission sources,and subdivided into 11 categories,including process equipment emission of abnormal production conditions,combustion flue gas emissions of hot(cold)supply facilities,the emission of process exhaust,the emission of process waste gas,raw material/product loading and uploading,the storage and reconciliation process of raw material/semi-finished products/product,the inspection and maintenance of device and pipeline,the dynamic or static seal leaks of pumps/valves/flanges,the escape from wastewater gathering/storage /disposal,the sampling,the leaks of cooling tower/circulating water cooling system.The applicable emissions accounting methods of the 13 categories of the VOCs emission sources were introduced detailed.Select the most suitable accounting methods for enterprise status,accounting the emissions of VOCs emission sources under normal conditions in a petrochemical enterprise.The results showed that: VOCs emissions from the petrochemical enterprises of 4155.35 tons / year.Wherein each of emissions by sources in descending order: tank emissions--2053.69 tons / year,loading and unloading emissions--739.21 tons / year,emissions from wastewater treatment systems--236.60 tons / year,equipment leaks emissions--560.06 tons / year,the amount of circulating cooling water discharge system--161.28 tons / year,the combustion flue gas emissions--135.18 tons / year,organized process emissions--4.48 tons / year,fugitive process emissions –223.37 tons / year,abnormal condition emissions –16.18 tons / year Based on the above calculation result,the enterprise emissions from large sources of key control links to each of the source term emissions affect the key parameters to focus on management direction,combined with corporate control status and production management level,to propose effective and feasible VOCs emission control measures.
