Chemiluminescence?CL?is one of the most sensitive analyticial techniques with the advantages of high sensitivity,large calibration range,simplicity of instrumentation and convenient operation,rapid analysis speed and short analysis time.CL was widely applied to pharmaceutical analysis,environment analysis,industry analysis and clinical test.In this paper,cerium???-rhodamine 6G CL system was developed for the determination of pharmaceuticals in pharmaceuticals and serum.The main research works are as follows:1.Based on the enhanced effect of minocycline hydrochloride on cerium???– rhodamine 6G CL emission,a new flow–injection chemiluminescence method was developed for the determination of minocycline hydrochloride.The CL intensity was correlated linearly with concentration of minocycline hydrochloride in the range of 5.07×10-8-1.42×10-5 g/mL,with a correlation coefficient?r?of 0.9996.The detection limit?3??was 5.05×10-8 g/mL.The relative standard deviation is 1.10% for 11 measurements of 3.07×10-6 g/mL minocycline hydrochloride.The method has been applied satisfactorily to determine the drug in capsules and spiked serum sample with the recovery of 82.03%-110.5% with RSDs of 0.80%-1.81%.2.A new flow-injection chemiluminescence?CL?method was established for the determination of acetaminophen.It was based on the enhancement effect of acetaminophen to the CL of cerium???–rhodamine 6G in nitric acid medium.The effects of acid species and concentration,rhodamine 6G concentration,cerium???concentration and the flow rate on the CL intensity of this system were investigated.Under the optimized conditions,the CL intensity was correlated linearly with concentration of acetaminophen in the range of 4.2×10-8-2.1×10-5 g/mL.The detection limit was 7.93×10-9 g/mL?3??.The relative standard deviation was 1.58% for 11 times of acetaminophen at a concentration of 1.05×10-6 g/mL.3.Nitrogen-doped carbon dots?NCDs?were prepared by hydrothermal method carbonization of L-histidine and were characterized by many methods,such as transmission electron microscopy?TEM?,fluorescence spectra etal.A new chemiluminescence?CL?method using NCDs was found for the determination of hydroquinone based on the inhibition of hydroquinone on NCDs-K3Fe?CN?6-H2O2 system.The liner range of this system were 1.00×10-7-4.00×10-6 g/mL and 4.00×10-6-3.00×10-5 g/mL,with correlation coefficient?r?were 0.9990 and 0.9916 respectively.The relative standard deviation was 0.64% for 11 times of hydroquinone at a concentration of 1.20×10-6 g/mL.
