Chemiluminescence (CL) has become a focus of attention with theadvantages of simple instrumentation, convenient operation, excellent sensitivity and wide linear dynamic range. With thedeepening and development of CL theory, some new materials, suchas quantum dots (QDs) and transition metal chelate at unstable highoxidation state were introduced to CL, greatly broadening the scopeof application of CL. In this thesis, the CdTe/CdS QDs modified withmercaptoacetic acid and diperiodato-argentate(Ⅲ) have been appliedin the luminol CL system. Three new analysis methods were builtbased on flow injection chemilluminescence (FI-CL) and capillaryelectrophoresis chemilluminescence (CE-CL) technology, the resultsare as follows:1. In alkaline solution, the CL signal of luminol–K3Fe(CN)6syetemwas greatly enhanced when adding the CdTe/CdS QDs synthesizedby hydrothermal method. The sinomenine hydrochloride could inhibitthe CL intensity of luminol–K3Fe(CN)6–CdTe/CdS QDs system. Thelinear range was1.0×10–8–1.4×10–6mol/L. The detection limit was7.5×10–9mol/L. The CL method was applied to determine sinomeninehydrochloride in pharmaceutical formulations and biological fluids with satisfactory results. The CL system of the UV-visible absorptionspectra and the CL emission spectra were obtained. The possible CLreaction mechanism was discussed briefly.2. In alkaline solution, a novel flow injection nanocrystals CLanalysis method has been established for the determination ofresveratrol based on the inhibitory of KIO4–luminol CL reaction, which was sensitized by CdTe/CdS QDs. the working curve over therange of1.0×10–8mol/L–1.2×10–6mol/L was obtained. The detectionlimit was1.7×10–9mol/L. The proposed method has been used toanalyze resveratrol in wine and biological fluids with satisfactoryresults. The possible CL reaction mechanism was discussed briefly.3. A rapid and sensitive CE with CL detection method wasdeveloped for the L-tryptophan. The proposed method was based onthe inhibitory effect of L-tryptophan on the CL signal ofluminol–diperiodato-argentate(Ⅲ) CL system reaction in alkalinesolution. The linear range was2.0×10–8–1.2×10–6mol/L, The detectionlimit was9.0×10–9mol/L. The presented novel strategy wassuccessfully applied to the determination of L-tryptophan in thecompound amino acid and biological fluids with satisfactory results.
