Trace pharmaceutical components in complex sample matrix can be determined only after pretreatment and enrichment procedures.Therefore,the development of adsorbents with high adsorption capacity,rapid mass transfer and specific selectivity is desired.Because of the special affinity and stability,molecularly imprinted polymers have been developing rapidly in pharmaceutical analysis,but there are still some challenges such as low molecular recognition in aqueous matrix,fewer adsorption mechanism and uneven filling.Hydrophilic molecularly imprinted monolithic resin(MIMR)and attapulgite/molecularly imprinted monolithic resin composite material(AT/MIMR)were prepared and optimized.Besides,the obtained MIMR and AT/MIMR were applied as the adsorbents of solid?phase extraction to determine plant hormones in bean sprouts and cucumbers.In chapter one,the development of molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs)and monolithic material were summerized,especially the advantages of MIPs based on hydrophilic resin and attapulgite were mainly described.In chapter two,MIMR was synthesized via in-situ polymerization and the factors affecting preparation were optimized.MIMR was applied as the adsorbents of solid?phase extraction(SPE)to develop an accurate,rapid and simple strategy for determination plant hormones residues in bean sprouts.The results showed that the detection limit(LOD,S/N=3)of the three plant hormones in bean sprouts was 0.001-0.008 ?g g?1,and the limit of quantification(LOQ,S/N=10)was 0.004-0.027 ?g g?1,and the linear correlation was observed in a range of 0.03-5.00 ?g g?1 with the coefficient of determination(r)? 0.9997.In chapter three,AT/MIMR was prepared and the parameters such as types of porogen and mass fraction of attapulgite were investigated.The obtained AT/MIMR was applied as the adsorbents of SPE for the extraction and determination of plant hormones in cucumbers.The results showed that the limit of detection(LOD,S/N=3)of the three plant hormones in cucumber was 0.4-0.5 ng g?1,and the limit of quantification(LOQ,S/N=10)was 1.2-1.6 ng g?1,and the intra-day and inter-day precisions expressed as relative standard deviations(RSDs)were between 0.8%?2.7% and 4.7%?7.8%,respectively.
