In this study,we prepared the molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs)for SPM I by the core-shell emulsion polymerization.Firstly, methyl methacrylate(MMA)was used to prepare the seed cores. Then,we used the EP-SPM as the template molecule, methacrylic acid(MAA)/acrylamide(AM)as functional monomers,to synthesize the imprinting shells on the faces of the seed cores. After removing the template molecules by elution,we finally obtained the core-shell molecular imprinting polymers for EP-SPM.Then,we used a series of means to characterize the MIPs to study its polymerization mechanism and morphological characteristics, including scanning electron microscope analysis(TEM),dynamic light scattering analysis(DLS),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis(FT-IR),elemental analysis, thermal gravimetric analysis, differential thermal analysis as well as specific surface area and porosity analysis.Next,we also explored the static adsorption property of MIPs and NIPs,including adsorption kinetic, adsorption isotherm, selective evaluation experiment and exploration of the adsorption effecting factors(monomer,pH,solvent). The experiment results proved that the adsorption capacity of MIPs for EP-SPM reached 86.47mg/g,and the adsorption process reached equilibrium in about 600s.The selective factors of MIPAM in water was 3.92 and that of NIP AM was 1.04.MIPs was added as packing into chromatographic column to prepare the MIPs chromatographic column, and the dynamic adsorption capacity was 41.63mg/g under a certain condition parameters.Afterwards, the crude EP-SPM sample and fermentation broth was subjected to solide phase extraction by the MIPs chromatographic column.Meanwhile,we optimized the chromatography process and regenerated the MIPs chromatographic column. |
