The application research project in this paper comes from the ??-37H3 numerical control reform project of Russian milling machine,discusses the process of numerical control transformation of electric control system,and studies and solves the key technical problems.Firstly,this paper introduces the development situation of NC industry at home and abroad,and expounds the necessity of numerical control transformation of general machine tools and the advantages of numerical control transformation.Then,the paper analyzes the status quo of the CNC milling machine which needs to be reformed,and discusses the feasibility of the numerical control transformation of the milling machine.In the third chapter,the hardware selection of spindle motor,spindle frequency converter,servomotor and servo module which need to be equipped with milling machine is discussed in detail.According to the electrical control part of the machine works to design the circuit diagram.In the fourth chapter,the working principle of each control part is analyzed in detail,and the control flow chart and PLC program are designed.Mainly includes spindle control program,servo axis control program,hydraulic start control program,emergency stop control program,spindle shift control program.Finally,the SINUMERIK 802 Dsl driver and NC debugging process are introduced in detail.In the key technology research,mainly to solve the machine control part of the PLC program design,circuit design and other aspects of the problem.Finally,the paper makes a summary of the transformation.At present,the milling machine CNC transformation to achieve the desired control requirements,running in good condition.
