With the continuous updating and development of modern manufacturing technology,The development of mechanical parts in the direction of micro,high precision and complex surface.The traditional three-axis CNC milling machine has been unable to meet the complex surface processing requirements.Based on the analysis of the existing micro-machine tools at home and abroad,this paper designs a five-axis miniature CNC milling machine based on ARM embedded CNC system.The machining of micro parts with large five axis NC machine tools has the disadvantages of high cost and low machining efficiency.College graduates are poorly practiced and practical experience,this is an urgent problem to be solved in the process of teaching in colleges.The main work of this paper is as follows:First,the structure design of five axis NC milling machine is completed.UG software is used to complete the three-dimensional modeling and assembly of the milling machine,and the kinematic simulation of the machine was carried out.ANSYS WORKBENCH software was used to analyze the mechanical structure of finite element static analysis,and it is proved that the structural design of the key components of the milling machine can meet the design requirements.Second,the micro-CNC milling machine control system of the overall design is completed.According to the specific requirements of CNC system to complete the selection of single-chip and the choice of the main chip.According to the functional requirements of CNC system,the control system of CNC system and the design of software system flow chart are completed.Third,designing single-chip circuit schematic and completing the work power supply circuit,stepper motor control circuit,spindle motor circuit,photoelectric encoder and limit switch circuit control circuit and serial communication circuit design of CNC system.Drive wiring design and CNC system hardware control box wiring is completed.In the end,delphi and keil5 as compilation software of the host computer and the next bit machine program,and modular design ideas are used to design CNC milling machine control system software program.Mainly to complete the man-machine interface display,NC document operation,parameter setting and decoding,simulation run and non real-time serial communication program and serial communication,decoding,interpolation calculation,motor control,signal feedback real-time programming.The development of CNC milling machine and CNC system can meet the requirements of enterprises and universities.Compared with the large five-axis CNC milling machine,the CNC milling machine is extremely cost-effective and can be widely used in enterprises and universities.
