Research&Application Of Thin Coating Of Hot Galvanized Of Steel In Bayi Iron&Steel

With the development of industrialization,the requirements of the service life of steel are increasingly high.And improve corrosion resistance of steel is an important way to improve the service life of steel.This problem is more and more attracted people's attention.It has long studied a variety of methods to prevent corrosion of steel,but the practice has proved that the use of hot galvanized anticorrosion is the most effective.Its advantages of coating solid,beautiful appearance and long life have been widely used in the construction,packaging,air conditioner,refrigerator,container and other fields.However,due to fierce market competition,higher product costs thick layer of zinc,reduce the amount of users,how substituted with a thin coating products,and corrosion resistance can not be reduced,which is plated with zinc process demanding.In this paper,the actual production of eight steel cold rolling mill hot dip galvanizing line,and describes the key technology galvanized,hot-dip galvanizing production field trials,a final cure for eight steel galvanized thin coating technology,product performance qualified,corrosion resistance has not changed,bending performance improvement,thin coating products production,to meet the south temperate zone semi-arid desert climate of use.The main results are as follows:1)Roll texturing technique.Through the use of roll texturing,increase the adhesion of the zinc layer,so that a stable thin coating performance without cracking and other defects.2)improve degreasing pre-treatment process to ensure the cleanliness of the board.3)Adjust the liquid zinc composition,temperature control,to maintain good mobility liquid zinc.4)The air knife device control,by reducing the knife lip gap,increase the fan pressure air knife or air flow,reaching the goal of producing a thin coating.5)zinc level by optimizing the control of the board to resolve a thin coating of zinc grain quality defects.6)The tension is optimized so that the unit is stable and prevent the strip flickering,air knife streaks knife lip plugging on the plate surface quality.
