Iron and steel industry is the most important part of national economic development.It is also one of the important signs of social development and comprehensive national strength.Cold rolled strip is a high value-added product.It is an indispensable raw material for automobile manufacturing,mechanical processing,electronic information,food packaging and other industries.In the process of cold rolling,tension control is an important evaluation index of product quality control.The precision of tension control will directly affect the final quality of the product and affect the economic benefit of the enterprise.Cold rolling continuous annealing unit is an important process of strip production.Its main advantages are high production,short process and good product quality.It is an indispensable production process for strip steel with high surface quality and high strength.In this thesis,Shougang CAL 1700mm as the research object,introduces the process and equipment of the unit’s performance parameters.With the core of this thesis,analyzes the basic principle of tension control,the working principle focuses on the analysis of direct tension control of tension,tension setting,ramp generator tension regulator;of equal proportion and imitation pulley two tension roller load distribution control theory and formula,expound the effect of tension control of the internal and external factors etc..In this thesis,the quality problems caused by tension fluctuation in the furnace area during the production of automobile plate are studied,such as strip scratch,deviation,reinforcement and furnace zone,etc..By designing the load distribution control model of the tension roll and the control strategy of the feedforward tension in the furnace area,the PI parameters are dynamically adjusted to improve the inertia compensation and friction compensation of the transmission system and verified in actual production,the completion of the initial furnace tension fluctuation rate of less than 15%of the control objectives,to solve practical problems such as strip scratch,deviation effect,stability control to achieve the quality of strip steel.
