As a green and strong oxidant,ozone has been widely used in water treatment,chemical oxidation,chemical oxidation and health care,etc.With the development of the ozone technology,the power and production of the ozone generator have been greatly improved.However,there is no direct and effective method to detect the breakdown of the ozonizer.Based on the existing fault detection and diagnosis technology,some scholars have put forward the artificial intelligent fault diagnostic techniques through the analysis of the fault characteristics of the ozone generator in different fault states.But it needs to collect a amount of fault information which increases the experimental cost and lacks of industrial application value.The method of small signal injection only needs to measure the voltage or current,which can save the experimental cost to make a quick and effective-judgment of the fault.Therefore,in this thesis,the method is used to monitor the breakdown of the ozone tube,and the self-recovery technology is studied.On the basis of fully understanding the working principle of ozone system,the principle of injection detection is studied deeply.Combined with the characteristics of the breakdown of the ozone tube,the feasibility of the detection method for the breakdown of the ozone tube and its working principles are introduced.This thesis describe the whole structure of on-line detection and self-recovery device for the breakdown of the ozone tube,and the injection power,filter circuit and signal processing circuit are designed,in which the design process and results of each part are analyzed in detail.The process of the system is analyzed detailly too.The low-frequency and low-voltage square wave signal is injected to the ozone generator.Detecting the current in the circuit can judge the breakdown.To adjust the working frequency of the ozone power,the single chip is used for controlling the sweep frequency circuit.The high current is generated by the resonance,thus disabling the fuse collected with the disrupted ozone.The control of the ozone power by the single chip is realized by paralleling relay in the start button and stop button.Using the drive circuit in series diode achieve the isolation for ozone system drive signal and swept drive signal.And the self-recovery of the fault is realized.The correctness of the design is verified by comparing the simulation results with the theoretical analysis results,and proves the rationality of the detection device.
