Servo control theory had been used widely in other shaftless drive,it has been used successfully in the printing industry such as pre-printing machine and offset printing machine,but it is different from other machine that they use PLC to control servo drive,and it is the first time using servo control system in Corrugated flexo machine which has a great rotational inertia.Motion control and logic control respectively adopt independent system,servo driver is used to drive servo motor in Torque loop which is the fastest response in the three modes like position,speed and current.encoder was be installed on the printer roll,and the signal is directly input in servo controller,and position synchronous and PID control is completed by UMAC which has powerful features on multi-axis control,so that UMAC has the fastest response to control servo motor run in synchronous,the characteristics and advantages of each element were perfect used In the servo control system drives,such as servo motor,controller and encoder.Control system for Corrugated flexo printing machine consists of IPC as the machine interface,including programmable logic controller and the synchronous motion control system,PLC and servo system is running independently as two control system,gap adjusting servo driver module and point I/O module is used as automatic control parts in PLC that from AB company,UMAC,MOOG DS2000 series drive,FATS brushless servo motor are used for the key synchronization controller as the main core control unit.The main content of the thesis as follows:introduces for the developing situation of the current packaging industry in china and oversea,the advantages and disadvantages of some kinds of printing machine,servo motor control system and PLC.it is the design concept and system configuration in this corrugated flexo printing machine,the method and process of find home,running and follow error adjustment.This thesis is continuous improvement when we designing the corrugated flexo printing machine,the first printing press have been run successfully and print mass production orders,the thesis describes the operation of the printing machine,and quality analysis of corrugated cardboard printing product,then improving the performance of printing machine in further.Corrugated flexo printing machine which is controlled by Automatic independent servo motor control,the max printing precision error is not more than 0.2 mm,it is a first Corrugated flexo printing machine can make the product with 150 LPI,it is better meet users idea like high efficiency,low loss,high quality production requirements.
