| Spinning forming is an advanced machining process without cutting local continuous forming.As a special plastic processing technology,it contains many kinds of cold stamping forming process.At present,the rotary forming process of cylindrical parts has entered a mature stage,but there are still many problems to be studied,especially the influence of various parameters on the spinning pressure.Based on 6061 aluminum alloy sheet and 304 stainless steel plate cylinder spinning of blank,designed in the case of different material of two kinds of different wheel track,the cylindrical mandrel diameter in the spinning forming,the size of the blank,spinning path of part wall thickness and the influence of the formability.Completed the different size and different sizes of billet diameter mandrel,different spinning path of spinning test of 6061 aluminum alloy and stainless steel 304,at the same time also by finite element method to analyze the experimental process,combined with the experimental results of wheel path for correction,improve the quality of spinning forming.This dissertation theoretically and experimentally analyzes the multichannel time spinning of cylindrical parts.The influence of above-mentioned three parameters on the cylinder wall thickness distribution of multichannel time spinning are explored and their solutions are presented.This dissertation is of important theoretical significance and has great potential application value,opening a new avenue for the rotation pressure of cylindrical pieces. |
