In the later stage of shallow-middle gas reservoirs,there is an increasing demanding for cost-saving and profit-increasing and it is significant to improve the gas gathering process.According to the actual situation of the Western Sichuan gas field,low-energy insulation-throttling technology,gas-liquid metering technology and supporting gas-liquid transportation technology,as well as defoaming technology are studied in this paper through software analyses and field tests and corresponding modification schemes are proposed.Thus,the operating cost is reduced and the efficient development of the West Sichuan gas field is promoted.The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The electrical heat insulation technology is analyzed and demonstrated to be applicable for low pressure and low production wells with pressure below 5.5 MPa.And it is of vital importance in the engineering aspect to implement this modification since the pressure and production in the low pressure stage of the Western Sichuan gas field decline rapidly;(2)The water-jacket furnace is studied and its automatic control scheme is reconstructed.After reconstruction,the operating cost decreases substantially and the reconstruction cost can be recoverd in about a year;(3)Tests of the gas-liquid metering technology and supporting gas-liquid transportation technology in the West Sichuan gas field are conducted and successfully.Besides,the gas-liquid transportation process is simulated to provide technical support for process simplification of gas station;For horizontal section in old field,gas-liquid transportation safely can be implemented safely;For New Zhongjiang filed,application of gas-liquid transportation technology requires that the pressure is below 3.0 MPa,the water content is less than 3 m3 in 10000m3 gas and the difference of elevation is less than 100m;(4)TKX-01 defoamer is selected out and the defoaming process is improved.Thus,the defoamer costs reduce greatly and the cost-saving and profit-increasing is significant.
