Adjust deployment according to reservoir development scheme,in view of the second phase of development planning of each block 73,combined with the reservoir engineering,drilling engineering,in base of the first phase of the ground engineering evaluation and the early stage of the second phase project research,deepening the research on oil and gas gathering and processing technologies and solutions,work focus on the following five aspects:(1)According to the development and the drilling plan and carry out general layout scheme comparison and optimization,determined to use first-phase G CPF(Central Procssing Facilities),establish a new K CPF and Dibeilla dehydration station,set up 7 FPF(Field Production Facilities),14 BS(Booster stations)and 5 OGM(Oil Gathering Manifolds).(2)According to the second block of geologic development prediction of oil production and fluid,in combination with existing oil and gas processing capacity analysis of CPF,optimization to determine the processing scale of CPF:the capacity of crude oil processing of new established K CPF is 60000bbl/d,the capacity of produced liquid of new established D dehydrating station is 40000bb1/d.(3)Through the optimization scheme of research and comparative analysis,combined the actual A oil field production,optimization crude oil treatment process of.Study to adopt crude oil processing with "three phase separator + sedimentation tank" secondary thermo-chemical dehydration process.(4)Based on the analysis of single well oil physical property test,considering the environment factors,development blocks,the optimization of oil and gas gathering and transportation technology research to determine that the single well adopt the single pipe conveying process,part of poor physical property of crude oil blocks of assort wellhead heating and single pigging technology;Gathering station adopt the wellhead-FPF(BS)-CPF two-level station arrangement mode and wellhead-OGM-FPF(BS)-CPF three-level station arrangement.
