Generally speaking, gathering and transportation pipe network's investment occupies 60%-70% of oil field ground projects system and 40% of the whole oil field engineering. Therefore, the optimal design of the system will greatly reduce the disbursement. Oil always use layout of annual gather and transportation which can expansion of gathering and transportation radius, shortening the length of pipeline, reducing the number of stations, saving steel. Research has made significant economic benefits. The purpose of this paper is to make mathematical model get much closer to the practical situation. Raise design standards of annual oil-gas gathering and transportation pipe network.In this article, according to the characteristics of circular pipeline networks, give a description of the graph theory point of views, establish the layout optimization model about circular pipeline networks of oil and gas. According to computational complexity theory, with time degree as the standard, pointed out the difficulty of classical algorithms for solving such a large and complex optimization problems and set up strategies to how to solve model. This article discusses two kinds of solving methods about problem of the well group divided. And make the principles of the traditional division some improvements. According to the principle,established a model which is in order to more close to the actual situation. It found some problem about annular optimization problem for the gathering and transportation which is node can not form the loop-loop circuit. Solving problems by ant colony algorithm and improve the solution accuracy.In this paper, regarding the two-step station of oil-gas pipeline network as the research object and make the problem of various obstacle simplified problem of convex obstacle. Established a pipe network optimization model for convex obstacle and improved constraint about circular loop. Put forward optimization in stages by combining various algorithms especially heuristic method. It shows feasibility rules of layout and adjustment method.Based on the theoretical research mentioned above homologous calculation procedure was develops. The software can be achieved some function about optimal division of well, optimal of annular oil and gas gathering and transportation, location optimization. The results of the procedure demonstrate that it has directive significance for planning and design work of new exploitation in oil-gas gathering and transportation field.
