As the main part of oil and gas field surface engineering,the pipeline network of oil and gas field gathering and transportation generally accounts for 60-70% of the total oil and gas field surface engineering and about 40% of the total oil and gas field project.The optimal design of the gathering pipeline network can effectively reduce its investment costs.The traditional optimization method generally adopts hierarchical optimization,which divides the entire process into several stages,constructs corresponding models for each stage,and uses different algorithms to solve,but each stage Connections and mutual influences,for the entire system,the results obtained are not necessarily global optimal.This study adopts the whole optimization idea gathering pipe network layout optimization for complex terrain research,aimed at the known research block detailed geographical information and well site location,well site production,the unit length line price,the central treatment station get price conditions,rational planning,optimization of gathering pipe network connection,ensure the well site and the distance between the central treatment station and minimum,make the gathering pipeline engineering construction to minimize the investment cost,and reduces the investment cost of the whole gathering pipe network.Firstly,Goody GIS was used to collect data of the target area,and COORD software was used for data conversion.Then,different interpolation methods were used to construct the real surface of the area where the oil and gas field was located,and yellow rectangle was used to represent the area where the obstacle was located.Secondly,the ant colony algorithm is used to establish the complex 3D terrain path optimization.Thirdly,with the constraints of node constraints,pipeline,pipeline flow constraints,pipeline construction,obstacle constraints,such as hydraulic and pipeline pressure constraints,according to the construction of gathering pipe network optimal design cost minimum as objective function,establish a mixed integer non-linear Linear programming(MINLP)overall optimization model,In this model,the hydraulic characteristics are considered and linearized by linear piecewise approximation to eliminate the nonlinear term in the hydraulic constraints.Finally,the programming language is compiled and the model is solved using the Gurobi solver.The results show that the length of pipeline is reduced by 37% and the construction cost is reduced by39% under the condition of considering the 3D terrain and obstacles.Compared with hierarchical optimization,overall consideration of global optimization can further reduce pipeline construction length and pipeline construction costs.
