Establishment Of Refining Unit Corrosion Online Monitoring System

Refining equipment on-line monitoring system includes several parts: monitoring probe,data acquisition,data processing and analysis exhibition system.This article will intensively study the common corrosion mechanism of the main unit in refinery plants as well as the basic principle of the common corrosion on-line monitoring method.We will design on-line monitoring system for refining unit,including frontend probe,data collection and processing module,and analysis and display system.The design of Probe structure and data transmission combined with existing sensor and foreign advanced transmitter,which ranking high in domestic.Analysis and display system developed with Flex and Java languages,MyEclipse tools,use Microsoft SQL Server2008 to design the background database.The analysis and display system divide into five major functional modules: site management,monitoring analysis,business management,Statistics and system Settings.It is fully functional and can provide statistical report to management personnel from different levels,which convenient for then to carry out their works.The fully implementation of functions of on-line monitoring system will also benefit for the enterprises ‘real-time monitoring of process state and corrosion rate state and corrosion rate of the real-time monitoring and the injection dose and timely adjustment of the realization of the inputting,which ultimate reach the purpose of relieving problems of device corrosion.
