As the tradition squeeze system has been holding the point that high juice yield needs large demonstrate,and ignore the fact that chopped sugarcane belonged to elastic material,which form present production mode that high press leading to high energy consumption.Aim at solving the problems that cane mills working with heavy load,unstable operation and security and meeting the idustry development requirments,the optimization comtrol system of sugarcane squeezing has been constructed and developed.In order to address the limitations from sugarcane transporting to canemills assembling and improve production efficiency,we have developed the consumption and autom control system of discharge and transport of sugarcane.This research discusses the developent direction of equippment in squeezing workshops by summarizing the economical efficiency and the techniques principle and features of sugarcane transport,consumption of mils assembly and autom control system.And furthermore,we have combined the production practice in workshop and the concept of "hewing,transport and squeezing integration".This research build some mathematicals of opening coefficient calculation formulas and bottom comb by multi-factor analysis.Consumption of a single cane mill and the revolving speed of DC motor were reduced(reduced 0.4kW·h/t averagely)in condition of the extraction rate being more than 96.5%.As well,the sugar pol and moisture in bagasse have been reduced,and the extraction rate has been improved.It achieves high integration between automation and information technology in the squeezing process,and fulfills management and control in one system.This technology provides a theoretical and technical reference for the squeezing system of sugar mill working by the mode of"saving energy,improving efficiency and keeping secure".
