Efficient coiling as an important technical index to measure the pickling linecoiling performance, gradually attaches importance to the enterprises, which canimprove the production efficiency and is an important guarantee for improving the rateof finished products. On the basis of the actual situation of the cold-rolled sheet picklingline, the research and application of effective volume is introduced. In order to achieveefficient coiling for the purpose, to the actual production of restricting coiling efficiencyand volume of various factors and quality were analyzed, identified in order to reducethe tension fluctuation and realize automatic unloading trolley for the main projectsolution. To achieve efficient coiling around this purpose pickling solution, along thepreset, completed a large number of theoretical and practical works.Analysis and mathematical model of inverter vector control in tension control. Toreduce the equipment failure rate and the labor intensity of workers at the same time,improve the unloading speed and production efficiency, promote the efficient coiling.
