| How to shop on automation and fabric organization efficiency,and ensure that the design of the fabric will not in the real machine weaving process of wire breakage,is the main problem faced by computer aided design,the problems for the driver,the research and design of fabric image segmentation,interweave equilibrium relationship,adaptive equalization plan,put forward an automatic and efficient to make the fabric organization reach equilibrium solution.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Algorithm of fabric image segmentation.Aiming at the over segmentation problem of traditional watershed algorithm is easy to cause,proposed an improved watershed segmentation algorithm,the algorithm is mainly mixed by median filtering,color gradient calculation,marker extraction,watershed transform.The experimental results are compared with the traditional watershed algorithm and mean shift algorithm in order to verify the applicability and feasibility of the proposed algorithm.(2)Research on adaptive equalization method of fabric structure.On the basis of fabric image segmentation,a scheme of adaptive equalization of fabric structure is designed.Firstly,research and analysis of the equilibrium relationship between fabric structure,then according to the design principle of balanced interwoven tissue bank,through the shop organization strategy for fabric block filling tissue,finally through the adaptive equalization algorithm to achieve a balanced effect through the fabric,color jacquard process system for experiment and analysis,verify the practicality and the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.(3)Comprehensive application of color jacquard process system and weave experiment.The content of this paper is the core,combined with the development of software engineering design idea,the system function module mainly includes imagepre-processing,organization library design,shop organization function,profile version of production module,designed and developed a color jacquard process system.Based on this system,we can design the paper which can be woven... |
