Along the roadway is a major technological creation in the history of coal mining.It can effectively solve many technical problems in mine production.It can solve the problems such as low coal recovery rate,mining takeover tension and working face gas hazard.However,Centralized,roadway rock deformation and other issues still restrict the development of the technology.Therefore,this paper takes the 1200 working face transportation lane as the research background,and uses the theoretical analysis and the numerical simulation combined with the research method of the industrial test to study the influence of the upper and lower sections of the roadway along the roadway.And the practical application of the technology of cutting and unloading is carried out.The main research results are as follows:1,According to the numerical simulation analysis of the roadway,the peak value of the roadway reaches 57.1 MPa due to the stress transfer of the overburden strata in the two working face when the upper and lower sections are fully mechanized.Therefore,the roadway stress concentration,roadway rock deformation,easy to maintain.2,through the similar simulation test observation study,in the upper section of the face mining,due to the roadway filling force and the next section of the face of the unexplored mining face,this time on the road overlying strata more complete,by the stress concentration is not Obviously,the roof is covered by the overall shape of the roof.When the upper and lower sections of the face mining is completed,because the roadway by the upper section of the goaf side of the lateral bearing pressure and the lower section of the coal wall under the action of the combined pressure of the joint,resulting in stress superposition,roadway rock deformation.3,tAccording to the analysis data of the monitoring points arranged on the 1200 working surface,the larger the amount of the observation points from the working face to the road surface,the greater the influence from the working face,and the basic stabilization after 50 m from the working face.Near the face of the measurement points affected by the impact of the top and bottom of the floor into a larger volume,moving away from the face of the smaller the amount of moving into the smaller.4,through the observation and analysis of the face pressure gauge,cut and stay before leaving the road and stay after the comparison,the top of the stay after the face of the face pressure in the 20 #-100 # obvious,roadway pressure transmission to the face,the roadway maintenance favorable.It is better to use the method of cutting and unloading pressure to increase the deformation of the surrounding rock than that of the high water filling roadway.Therefore,the effect of the surrounding rock is better.
