The achievements are remarkable which China has made economically in the past 30 years,but we also paid a huge cost of resource and environment.Resource supply is gradually declining and environmental bearing capacity is declining,too.The development of China's economy has entered an era of patience,how to grasp the intrinsic relationship between economic growth and resource environment pressure and find the decoupling driving factors to change the unreasonable development status,it is an important topic.In this paper,through combing the literature,decoupled from economic growth and the situation of resources and environment,select the total energy consumption,electricity consumption,wastewater emissions,smoke dust emissions and so on,seven indicators in all to measure the situation of resources and environment.Refers to Tapio decoupling elasticity analysis method to construct a resource environment?TDI?,and combined with the actual situation of our country to subdivide decoupling state,increase relative decoupling of benign and malignant,construct the evaluation system of decoupling.Then measure the relationship between economic growth and environmental situation from 2000-2014 in China's 30 provinces,not only analyzes the decoupling evolution from angle of time,more to analyze from the perspective of space.Use ArcGIS10.0 and GeoDa to implement.Finally,use the panel data model to analyze the driving factors in details.Through the above research,the main conclusions are as follows:?1?Overall,China's 30 provinces showed a relative decoupling??benign?state,and the proportion of absolute decoupling state is constantly improving.Economic growth is slowly get rid of the"high consumption,high pollution"model of development.The conditions of resources and environment is during the most serious during the 10th five-year plan period.The pressure is minimum during the 11th five-year plan period,and the situation of 12th five-year plan period in the first four years begin to deteriorate.?2?From the perspective of spatial correlation,the decoupling states of China's30 provinces are fluctuating between the positive and negative value.Its spatial distribution is more close to the state of the random distribution in total,space significantly weaker.There is a big difference between 30 provinces'pressure of economic growth and resource and environmental from the local self-correlation.?3?The panel data model of decoupling driving factors shows that,the level of economic development,energy structure,industrial structure,technological progress and foreign direct investment have important influence on the state of decoupling.To realize the harmonious sustainable development of ecological economy,need to change the pattern of economic development,change the traditional pattern of coarse mineral development,improve the energy structure,and optimize the industrial structure,reasonable in introducing foreign capital.These are conducive to reduce the decoupling index and it is an important way to realize the sustainable development of economy,resources and environment.
