Mechanical product assembly,as the final stage of the production process,occupies a vital position in the production.The accuracy and timeliness of the material distribution is an important guarantee for the efficient operation of the assembly.Especially for the product with complex structural and assembly process,there are various of uncertain interference factors,which result the original distribution plan seriously deviate from the actual needs.Currently,the mainly measure to solve this problem is passive adjustment.But due to the lacking in timeliness,this kind of measure always lead to increased latency in assembly operations,delays in delivery,and loss of business benefits.In order to achieve the change from the post-adjustment model to the pre-forecast and process control mode.This dissertation studied the prediction of material distribution time nodes in assembly shop under uncertain conditions and the dynamic tracking method of materials.The details are as follows.The Y company's A type product assembly workshop is took as an example,the principle of common disturbance in assembly production process under uncertain conditions are analyzed.At the same time,the disturbing factors that resulted the interference in production process are described from three aspects,client,production and supply.Based on the analysis of the interference factors,the time variable "time comprehensive demand factor—?T" is proposed to realize the digital description of the interference factors in this dissertation.The state of assembly station is defined according to value of ?T.Then the state transition of assembly station is analyzed,whether there is the inwardness of Markov.By using the Markov prediction model,the prediction of material distribution node is achieved.The "dynamic deviation compensation method" is introduced to improve prediction accuracy.The evaluate system based on the theory of information entropy is established,which take"distribution feasibility time" and "distribution accuracy" as the evaluate index.Real-time information acquisition and analysis are the basis for the realization of material distribution time node prediction.Firstly,the material is classified,and assembly relationship model is established.Then,by combining with code and the two-dimensional code technology,the information collecting process is designed which focuses on different kinds of materials in assembly process.The information association matrix also is established,and the color set is introduced to realize the visualization of the material tracking.Finally,through the practical application in Y company,the feasibility of method is proved,that the accuracy and timeliness of the material distribution are obviously improved compared with the traditional experience.Thus,the research results can help these discrete manufacturing enterprises to improve production efficiency,who lies in the relatively backward technological level.
