Under the initiative of industry 4.0 and made in China 2025,more and more manufacturing enterprises are transforming with the goal of "intelligent factory".In the process of upgrading intelligent manufacturing,the planning of intelligent logistics is of vital importance.In the face of more and more intelligent new technology,new equipment into the manufacturing industry,logistics planning and design requirements are also gradually improved.How to plan material distribution and realize intelligent logistics has become an important breakthrough and research difficulty in intelligent plant construction.In order to expand the scale of production,a boiler company plans to build a worldleading demonstration plant in accordance with the requirements of "intelligent manufacturing".According to the division of joint projects,on the basis of the layout in the early stage of the company,the overall planning of distribution logistics aluminum pot,including aluminium,glass lid and packaging components and other special materials distribution scheme design,and comparison analysis,and the sort is more,the materials needed for packaging production line more complex problems in the design of distribution logistics for detailed research.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)build the material delivery model of packaging line on time.To achieve the requirements of the packing line material delivery on time,from the optimization goal,influence factors and constraints is analyzed,at the distribution cost and inventory cost minimization as the target,combined with the constraint conditions of static factors and dynamic factors to consider,in the distribution vehicle loading capacity constraints and double consider the line constraint of inventory,the number and distribution of frequency of comprehensive optimization of distribution,the JIT distribution on the basis of improving the efficiency of distribution.(2)design and application of improved algorithm based on heuristic rules.An improved algorithm based on heuristic rules was designed to solve the multi-objective material just-in-time distribution model.The algorithm considers the distribution times,distribution time and logistics distribution in the problem by using different length chromosomes,and designs the evolutionary ways of individual optimization and overall optimization.The comparison and verification analysis of the algorithm is carried out by introducing an example of packaging line material distribution.(3)overall distribution logistics planning and design.This paper briefly introduces the manufacturing scale,product classification and production process of the enterprise.On the basis of the layout scheme of the workshop,the planning and design of the distribution logistics of production materials are carried out.The main content includes: according to the distribution requirements of different materials to develop distribution plan,according to the distribution plan design different loading appliances,and calculate the flow of goods,distribution frequency.Through the comparison and analysis between different schemes,select the type of distribution equipment,and finally design the distribution process.(4)design of material distribution information system.In order to meet the requirement of material delivery on time,the material delivery information system is designed,which has the functions of material distribution management,material inventory management and production process monitoring management.Based on the theoretical research and practical application,this paper designs the material distribution plan for aluminum pot production under the requirement of "intelligent logistics",which provides certain reference for the design and research of intelligent material distribution in aluminum pot manufacturing industry.In the followup research,it will emphasize the perfection of distribution system and how to optimize the whole production logistics system.
