In recent years,with the deterioration of environmental pollution and waste of resources,more and more attention has been paid to "sustainable development" and"green management".Re manufacturing is one of the important ways to achieve sustainable development.On the one hand,it can realize the recycling of materials,reduce the influence of waste emissions on environment,and maximize resource utilization to increase the environmental and resources profits;on the other hand,it can realize material recycling,reduce the demand for new products,save cost and increase economic and social benefits.Therefore,remanufacturing gradually becomes a hot spot in various fields,and green performance evaluation is an important aspect.Remanufacturing green performance evaluation involves multiple dimensions,such as economy,environment,society and so on.In the evaluation,we should not only pursue the economic benefits,but also consider the environmental and social benefits.However,at present most researches have focused on the optimization of the economic benefit,but pay less attention to the comprehensive study of other dimensions.Thus,how to realize the combination of economic,environmental and social benefit,and conduct green performance evaluation of remanufacturing enterprises is an urgent issue.This thesis adopts the remanufacturing process as the research objects,and establish the green performance evaluation index system,including economic,environmental and social benefits.Then the combination of catastrophe progression method and grey relational analysis method is put forward to construct the comprehensive evaluation model of green performance.And finally,this thesis analyzes the calculation process of the green performance evaluation of remanufacturing by cases.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)Combined with the development of domestic and foreign remanufacturing industry and the research results of green performance evaluation,the influence factors of green performance were extracted from economic,environmental and social benefits based on the research object of remanufacturing process.And then the influence factor index system of remanufacturing green performance was also constructed.(2)The combination of catastrophe progression method and grey relational analysis method is proposed,and a green performance evaluation model for remanufacturing processes is established.Then factors affecting economic,environmental and social benefits are analyzed,hence decision basis can be provided in this article.(3)Through the example analysis,we can verify the validity and feasibility of the above evaluation model,and then provide the improvement direction for the enterprise to implement the remanufacturing process.
