Nowadays,the ecological environment is deteriorating all over the world,and environmental problems are becoming increasingly serious,such as environmental pollution and resource shortage.Protecting the ecological environment has become an important mission in the 21 st century.As a large industrial country and a large energy consumer,it is necessary for China to protect the environment and save resources.As an important basic industry in China,iron and steel industry plays an important role in promoting the China's economic development.At the same time,it uses a large amount of resources and emits various pollutants during the production process,which puts great pressure on China's ecological environment,causing serious impacts.The traditional production mode can no longer meet the production needs of modern society,so iron and steel industry should take the environmental factors into consideration,establish the concept of sustainable development and green development,and promote the implementation of green supply chain process.Understanding the requirements of the green supply chain operation of iron and steel industry,and evaluating the performance of the green supply chain in iron and steel industry will help iron and steel industry understand the shortcomings and correct them,and finally achieve a coordinated relationship between economic development,resources and environment.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this thesis introduces the definition of green supply chain and related theories,combing the domestic and foreign relevant research of green supply chain.Based on this,combining with the production characteristics of iron and steel industry and the requirement of green supply chain,the green supply chain operation process of iron and steel industry is divided into five links,and the requirements of iron and steel industry in each link are explained.Through analyzing the current operation effect of the green supply chain in iron and steel industry,it is found that iron and steel industry has problems in resources,pollution emission and other aspects.Secondly,the three aspects of economics,green and operation are regarded as the first-level indicators of the green supply chain performance evaluation index system of iron and steel industry,and then they are decomposed layer by layer.The three-level indicators are subdivided into quantifiable three-level indicators to establish the green supply chain performance evaluation index system of iron and steel industry.Due to the characteristics of the catastrophe theory,the three-level indicators are screened through questionnaire survey method to establish the green supply chain performance evaluation index system of iron and steel industry based on the catastrophe progression method.Thirdly,A company and the period of 2013 to 2017 were selected as the research object and the research period to evaluate the green supply chain performance by using the catastrophe progression method and analyze the results.The results show that the overall performance presented a fluctuant trend during the five years,but it maintains a good level and has some room to improve.Aiming at the shortcomings,relevant suggestions are provided to A company and iron and steel industry in order to improve the performance level of green supply chain.
