Sulfur oxide emissions caused by diesel pollution from ships has caused global environmental problems,according to the International Maritime Organization(IMO)requirements,from January 2015,some areas(ECA,some emission control European waters)sulfide ship emission limit is reduced from 1% to 0.1%;from 2020,worldwide shipping sulfide emission limits from the current 4.5% to 0.5%.To protect the environment,reduce SO2 pollution of the environment,control of the ship sulfur oxide emissions meet the standard requirements,the ship exhaust gas desulfurization device and its control system can play an important role.Desulfurization of sodium alkali ship control system basedSiemens PLC designed in this paper can meet the long-term stability of the desulfurization system to automatically run,can achieve desulfurization system control objectives.First introduced sodium alkali ship desulfurization system design,analysis of the principle and the desulfurization process;secondly under the control requirements,based on Siemens PLC hardware platform,complete control of the hardware selection and control system software design,pH values for the washing solution,scrubber liquid,waste discharge water temperature and other major control object design PID control strategy,the idea of modular software design logic control functions;desulfurization system based on control requirements,the completion of the touch screen and PC monitor screen editorial design;and finally build test platforms washing desulfurization system based on low-speed MAN diesel engines,complete debug and test desulfurization control system,based on the test data,and analysis of the results of the desulfurization system control.This article is designed to control the ship desulfurization system in Zhenjiang Shipbuilding Limited by low-speed diesel real machine experiments,the researchers analyzed the working conditions of sodium alkali FGD systems and experimental parameters,the experimental low-speed machines by 25%,39%,45% 63% of the stable operation of the four load points,comparative analysis of the pressure and temperature before and after the scrubber,and the supply of lye changes and variations in the four load exhaust parameters.The results show that the stable operation of the desulfurization system,to control requirements,the desulfurization efficiency can reach 95%.Finally,deficiencies and improvementmeasures of the desulfurization Control system analyzed at the end.
