Research On Desertification Control In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

In 2017,the theme of the 23st "The Day to Combat Desertification and Drought of the World" was " Combat desertification and build green homes" in China.It warned us that desertification was out of control,the development of economy cannot be sustained.After decades of efforts,the governance of desertification in Inner Mongolia has achieved remarkable results and is the pride of China.However,the problem of desertification in Inner Mongolia is still serious and there are many places that are not satisfactory in the treatment of desertification.The perspective of system,especially the market supply to explore the experience of combating desertification in Inner Mongolia has important method and practiced value.The thesis used the comparative analysis,systematic analysis,public management,economics and other related theories to analyze the desertification control in Inner Mongolia.The dissertation analyzes the present conditions and the causes of desertification,analyzes the shortcoming of desertification control from governnmental financial support.data monitoring,market participation motivation,investment of talents and science and other aspects.Then theme is start form the subject of government,market and society,this dissertation puts forward to good governance recommendations on desertification control in Inner Mongolia.For example,the government to strengthen the idea and policy guidance,the enterprise response supply-side reform and increase relevant investment,third sector to strengthen supervision and participation.We think that the market supply may make more substantial effects to govern desertification.
