| The AP1000 nuclear fuel manufacture technology is the important part of AP1000 nuclear power technology import.The digestion,absorption and re-innovation of AP1000 nuclear fuel manufacture technology is realized through the introduce of fuel manufacture technology,and the AP1000 nuclear fuel production line is constructed in China which makes the fuel supply localized.It makes sure the safe,continuous and stable operation of power plant.The grid laser welder is mainly imported from other countries.China doesn’t have good experience for the design and manufacture of grid laser welder.This article summarizes the technology requirements of grid laser welder through the analysis of AP1000 grid laser welding process.Based on the technology requirements,perform the overall scheme design of laser welder.Perform the design and lectotype for prime part of equipment,laser system,laser introduce and transmission system,welding chamber atmosphere control,grid fixing system,vacuum and argon filling system,cooling system.Trial produces the first AP1000 grid laser welder successfully in China.Based on the trial-produce equipment,research the welding characteristic of zirconium alloy.It mainly includes the effect of pulse energy to welding joint formation,effect of pulse number to welding joint formation,effect of pulse frequency and focus distance to welding joint formation and so on.Based on process development,explore a set of parameter for AP1000 grid welding,which can be used in industrial production. |
