Aquatic vegetables in our country have a long history of planting and cultivatio,many of which are traditional food as well as traditional medicine.At present,the aquatic vegetables are mainly being eaten,whilewater chestnut shell,lotus root peel and gordon euryale seed shell are deserted as waste,with large amounts of effective material not being used.In this paper,different parts of 7kinds of aquatic vegetables: the Water chestnut,Gordon euryale seed,lotus root,Water taro,Wild rice stem,Chufa and Arrowhead are extracted through alcohol and water to get 15 kinds of aqueous extractive,15 kinds of alcohol extractive,a total of 30 kinds of extractive.And then to measurate the content of extractive flavonoids,polyphenols,total sugar content,and to study the bacteriostatic,antioxidation,antitumor activity.Screening extractive which has a good antibacterial,antioxidant,anticancer effect,to provide references for the future development of aquatic vegetables,and to provide basis for aquatic vegetables efficacy material analysis and the effect mechanism research.The main experimental content and experimental results were as follows.1.The chemical composition of common aquatic vegetable extractive determination.The extraction rates of 30 species of aquatic vegetables extractive are between 1.1 % ~ 10.5 %,among which chufa skin alcohol extractive and alcohol extractive gordon euryale seed shell are the highest,the extraction rates can reach 10.42% and 9.19 %,gordon euryale seed meat alcohol extractive and wild rice stem leaf extractive is less,the extraction rates are 1.1 % and 1.99 % respectively The results of chemical composition determination of extractive showed that flavonoids content of gordon euryale seed shell and water chestnut shell extracts is higher,and the rates of gordon euryale seed shells alcohol extractive gordon euryale seed shell water extractive are up to 45.1261 ± 0.6307 % and 40.4707 ±0.5891 %;gordon euryale seed shell extractive,water chestnut shell extractive,rhizoma nelumbinis extractive have a higher polyphenol content,and the rates of gordon euryale seed shell of water extract and alcohol extractive are 43.9588±0.0969 %,38.5691±0.0969 %;chufa extract,taro meat extractive,arrowhead meat extractive,lotus root meat extractive have higher total sugar content.among which the rate sof sugar content ofthe chufa skin water extractive and the chufa meat alcohol extractive are as high as 88.3511±0.5234 %,85.2863 ±1.4245 %.2.The study on bacteriostatic activity of Common aquatic vegetables extractive.Oxford cup method and MIC experimental results show that water chestnut shell extractive,gordon euryale seed shell extractive,gordon euryale seed meat alcohol extractive has bacteriostatic effect on staphylococcus aureus,Shewanella putrefaciens,pseudomonas,Brochothrix thermosphacta,lactobacillus,in which the MIC of water chestnut shell alcohol extractive and water extractive,gordon euryale seed shell alcohol extractive on staphylococcus aureus is 12.5 mg/mL,whose bacteriostatic effect is stronger than the positive control ?-PL.rhizoma nelumbinis alcohol extractive lotus root peel alcohol extractive has bacteriostatic effect on staphylococcus aureus,shewanella putrefaciens,pseudomonas,brochothrix thermosphacta.Lotus root meat alcohol extractive have certain bacteriostatic effect on pseudomonas.taro skin alcohol extractive have certain bacteriostasis of brochothrix thermosphacta.It can be concluded through correlation analysis preliminarily that the bacteriostatic effect of the extractive is significantly correlated with the content of flavonoids and polyphenols.Water chestnut shell alcohol extractive,gordon euryale seed shell alcohol extractive and water extractive play an important role in the preservation of cold fresh duck meat to a certain extent,which can prolong the shelf life for 1~2 day.3.The study on antioxidant activity of common aquatic vegetables extractive.DPPH radical scavenging capacity and the ABTS radical scavenging ability of experimental results show that gordon euryale seed shell alcohol extractive and water extractive have the strongest antioxidant activity,DPPH radical scavenging capacity of IC50 concentration are 0.0338 ± 0.0004 mg/mL,0.0374± 0.0008 mg/mL,close to the positive control of Vc,ABTS radical scavenging capacity(equal to that of per gram of sample containing water-soluble Vc(Trolox))is 1.4208 ±0.0614 g and 1.4146 ± 0.0065 g.Next are water chestnut shell alcohol extractive and water extractive,DPPH radical scavenging capacity of IC50 concentration are 0.0442±0.0015 mg/mL,0.0666±0.0017 mg/mL,ABTS radical scavenging capacity(per gram of sample containing Trolox)are 1.1531±0.0108 g,0.8458±0.0100 g;Gordon euryale seed meat alcohol extractive,rhizoma nelumbinis extractive,lotus root peel alcohol extractive also has certain antioxidant activity.The antioxidant activity of other extractive is weak.Correlation analysis showed that aquatic vegetable extractive antioxidant activity has significant positive correlation with its flavonoids and polyphenols content and significant negative correlation with its total sugar content.Gordon euryale seed shell extractive,water chestnut extractive,as well as rhizoma nelumbinis alcohol extractive have antioxidant effect on rapeseed oil to a certain extent,but the effect is worse than that of 0.1 % butylated hydroxytoluene,whose concrete situation will be studied in the following in-depth study.4.Effects of the extractiveof common aquatic vegetables on the proliferation of tumor cells.Detected by CCK-8,results of extractive on human hepatoma cells HepG2 in human gastric cancer cells SGC7901 proliferation showed that except gordon euryale seed meat alcohol extractive,taro alcohol and water extractive,lotus root meat water extractive,arrowhead bud water extractive of chufa skin water extractive,other extractive had certain inhibition to the proliferation of HepG2 or SGC7901 cells.Water chestnut shell alcohol extractive and water extractive,euryale shell alcohol extractive and water extractive can inhibit the proliferation of and has obvious dose effect on HepG2.At 400 g/mL concentration,the inhibitory effect had no significant difference(P<0.05)with that of five fluorouracil(5-Fu).Water chestnut shell alcohol extractive and water extractive,euryale shell alcohol extractive and water extractive,euryale meat alcohol extractive,rhizoma nelumbinis alcohol extractive had better effect on the proliferation of SGC7901 inhibition and dose effect.At the concentration of 400 g/mL,the inhibitory effect on SGC7901 have no significant difference with that of 5-Fu(P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that the effect of the extractive from aquatic vegetables on the proliferation of tumor cells was related to the content of flavonoids and polyphenols.
