Under the current environment of energy saving and emission reduction,more and more attention has been paid to the recovery and reuse of liquid pressure by hydraulic turbine equipment,especially in the petroleum and chemical industries.With the increase of liquid pressure,the design of medium and high pressure energy recovery hydraulic turbines and its key components seriously affect their popularization and application.The research results of this paper could provide reference for the research and design of hydraulic turbines with medium and high pressure fluid.The purpose of this paper is to realize the energy recovery of liquid pressure in the process of circulating hydrogen desulfurization.The design method of the structure and key components of the medium and high pressure hydraulic turbines was studied.According to the design theory of centrifugal pump,completed the overall design and calculation of the hydraulic turbine and flow components,and key parts,the mechanical seal system and tilting pad thrust bearing was designed.The ANSYS software was used to perform numerical simulation of hydraulic turbines under different working conditions,obtained the external characteristic curve,the internal pressure field and the velocity field distribution,and analyzed the calculation results.The finite element method was utilized to calculate the influence of structural parameters and working conditions of seal face on mechanical seal performance,and the obtained results provided the data basis for the determination of the mechanical seal end face structure.The axial force of the multistage hydraulic turbines rotor under different working conditions was numerically calculated by FLUENT software,and the variation law of the axial force was obtained,then the static characteristic of tilting pad thrust bearing were analyzed to checked its strength and stiffness.In this paper,the design method of the structure of medium and high pressure energy recovery hydraulic turbines and their key components is obtained,which could provide reference for design,development and application of multistage hydraulic turbines for medium and high pressure liquid.
