The energy consumption in the metallurgical industry accounts for about 20 percent to 40 percent of the product cost.The equipped level,technological process,product structure and energy management will lead to various result for the energy consumption,Namely under definite condition of the equipped level,technological process and product structure,The energy consumption and the energy management have direct relation.In recent years,on the one hand,due to the cost of the energy consumption increasing year by year,on the other hand,cost reduction is the urgent requirements for the enterprise participating market competition.Meanwhile,this will bring out resource waste and environment pollution,even influence seriously own sustainable development.The thesis on the basis of the analysis of the energy management current situation and the energy management requirement,which from the perspective of energy management advancement,practicability and operability,and had made a deeper research in the aspects of the overall design of the energy management system and the energy forecast,The main work as follows:The thesis had made a requirement analysis for the energy data collection and management function.Analyzed the energy management technology and the current situation,and the structure of the enterprise energy,which included the kinds of energy medium,the distribution of energy facilities and from the generation to the Consumption of the energy;Aimed at the existing problems,which lead to the mission and goal of the energy management system.According to the demand of the energy medium of the whole plant and generated secondary energy from the process of the technology product,By the means of adopting automatic,informational way to establish the energy management system,monitor and manage the energy medium,realize the unified schedule of the energy system,optimize the balance of the energy medium,take advantage of the energy efficiently furthest,which improve the quality of the environmental protection,lower the energy consumption of the tons of steel,reduce the emission of the pollutant,and reach the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction and cleaning product.The thesis designed the hardware composition,network structure,software structure of the energy data collection system,and gathered the fundamental energy data,and preprocessed the data.Designed and realized the energy data collection and management system.On the base of the requirement analysis,the thesis completed the system architecture of the whole system,and programmed the network structure of the system.Meanwhile,it designed the energy data library and the function interface based on the idea of the software engineering.The energy data collection and management system not only can supervise and manage the energy at the real time,but also realize the function of the analysis of the energy efficiency and the prediction of the energy consumption,The effect of the system in the actual running is good.
