Oil is one of the most important energy sources in our country,but the oil field is not only a big oil producer,but also a big energy consumer.The pumping unit is the main energy consuming equipment in oil field production.The power consumption of the oil field is about 45% of the oil field.At the same time,the system efficiency of the pumping unit is not high,and at present only 24% left right,so the energy saving potential of the pumping well is huge.It is urgent to study.With the development of digital oil fields,electrical monitoring devices are arranged in Inoue and underground.The electrical parameters and non electrical parameters are monitored off-line or online in many working conditions,and these monitoring data are transmitted to the database through wireless communication.In the long period of oil production,oil field enterprises involve various types of pumping units,and many well and downhole conditions.Therefore,rich and detailed working condition parameters and energy consumption data have been accumulated.In this paper,from the point of view of data mining,taking the pumping well as the research object,this paper mainly analyzes and compares the motor and the electrical parameters of the pumping unit,and studies the energy saving and consumption reduction of the pumping well.In this paper,a new energy consumption node analysis method is proposed in this paper.The efficiency of the pumping well system is divided into ground efficiency and underground efficiency.The ground power is mainly based on the analysis of the parameters of the motor and electrical equipment of the pumping unit.The analysis of the downhole power is mainly based on the indicator diagram,separate or related analysis.Way.By calculating and comparing the subtle changes in energy,combining the operating principle of the pumping unit and the changing rules of the downhole condition,the running state and changing trend of the pumping well can be judged.Secondly,on the basis of the energy consumption node analysis method,the optimization algorithm is used to optimize the process parameters,and the optimal solution level is obtained,and the mathematical model is established,and the feasibility of the method is verified.Finally,according to the perfect mathematical model,the energy consumption analysis system of mechanical well is designed.The system can show the static data,dynamic data and calculation data of each well.At the same time,using these data to analyze the energy consumption of the well,it can generate data form,line chart and radar map,which can intuitively show the operating conditions and energy saving potential of each machine,and more importantly,the system through the analysis ofthe transportation.In line with the energy saving potential,intelligent production wells with low operation efficiency can be given intelligently,and intelligent direction and improvement measures are given.
