The energy saving,consumption reduction and emission reduction in the process of aluminum electrolysis are the research focuses of scientific and technical workers of aluminum electrolysis production management at home and abroad.Experts of China's nonferrous metal industry pointed out that the energy consumption of the production of electrolytic aluminum depends on the cell voltage and current efficiency.When the voltage reduces by 0.IV,the power saving is 320 Kwh per ton aluminum.Based on the related theory of aluminum electrolysis and the practical experience of Yinhai Aluminum Co.,Ltd,aiming at the production technology management of aluminum electrolytic cell,on the premise of stable running of electrolyzer,through process adjustment and refinement operation,work quality and production investment in scientific research of cathode and anode are improved.In this paper,the research on the control technology of slotting anode production,the production of zero effect management idea,the production of special shaped cathode electrolytic cell.the production of cross shaped cathode electrolytic cell and the production of special convex plate was carried out and production experience was summarized to further reduce the working voltage.The results are as follows.(1)DC power consumption was reduced without affecting the current efficiency of the electrolytic cell when the cell voltage dropped from 4.120V to 3.950V.(2)Compared with the common cathode cell,the 30 technical innovation cells can save power consumption by 2.2 million Kwh and it was converted to standard coal of 7326 ton,which produced huge economic benefits and social benefits.The electricity fees can be saved by 1.267 million yuan each year,which improved the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprise.
