The Realistic Investigation Of Farmers‘ Environmental Rights Protection

This survey report takes the surrounding areas of Qingcheng County as samples,in details,two administrative villages and several random areas.The survey adopts methods of interviewing,consulting,viewing data,on-site viewing,and distributing questionnaires to investigate the status of the ecological environment in the region and the farmers’ environmental rights,interests and awareness.Compared with the outcomes that previous surveys of scholars took,which the peasants were generally tagged as ignorant,numb,and conservative,their awareness of environmental protection and awareness of rights protection have been improved under the background of building a green,civilized,and beautiful China,beside these,they also have achieved certain actions.The survey reflects two sets of contradictions: Firstly,farmers have reliance on public power and public power is absent in many fields.Secondly,farmers’ environmental protection capabilities are lacking,but environmental rights protection events are complex and changeable.In response to these two sets of contradictions,the article’s game theory section puts forward to these aspects,strengthening the exercise of public rights and protecting the rights of private rights in order to protect farmers’ environmental rights;specifically strengthening the enforcement of public rights from the rural environmental protection legislation and rural environmental management;protection of private rights are concerned of farmers’ environmental awareness of self-development and social protection to the environmental rights of farmers.
