Research On The Protection Of Environmental Rights And Interests In The Current Stage Of The Development Of Farmers In China

In the different historical periods of China’s revolution,construction and reform,our party has always attached great importance to and focused on solving the "three rural" issues.The "three rural" issue has become the most important part of our country.The core of the "three rural" issues is the problem of farmers.The essence of the farmers’ problem is the development problem.In various historical periods.the party and the government take effective measures to develop industry and agriculture,and strive to increase farmers’ income and promote the development of farmers.However,with the rapid development of industry and agriculture,environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,which seriously affects the health of farmers and impedes the development of farmers.In recent years,the problem of environmental pollution in rural areas has attracted the attention of the Central Party Central Committee,introduced new laws and regulations,such as new environmental protection law,air pollution prevention and control law,water pollution prevention and control law,and ten laws and regulations,which have made gratifying achievements in safeguarding the farmers’ environmental rights and interests from the legal level.But it is not negligible that the problem of protecting the farmers’ environmental rights and interests still exists.It needs to be solved to promote the development of farmers.Based on the literature and the changes in the ecological environment,this paper defines the connotation of the protection of farmers’ environmental rights and interests.The connotation of the protection of farmers’ environmental rights and interests includes the real environmental rights and interests of farmers’ clean water rights,farmers’ clean soil rights,farmers’ clean air rights,farmers’ right to know the environment,the right to participate in the farmers’ environment,and the right to participate in the environment.Farmers’ environmental relief rights and other procedural environmental rights and interests,substantive environmental rights and procedural environmental rights and interests complement each other and are indispensable.And then analyze the six aspects of the farmers’ damaged status,reveal the existing problems,and put forward the reasons for these problems are not perfect environmental protection legal system,the implementation of environmental protection responsibility of some local governments are not in place,and the farmers’ environmental awareness is not high.Mainly from the improvement of the legal system,theimplementation of the environmental responsibility of the local government and the awareness of the farmers’ awareness of environmental protection three aspects of solving the protection of farmers’ environmental rights and interests of countermeasures and suggestions,and then to promote the development of farmers to provide theoretical and practical guidance.
