Compared with inorganic optoelectronic materials and small molecular organic optoelectronic materials,polymer-based optoelectronic materials exhibited a variety of advantages,such as better film forming and processing,higher mechanical properties,easier to adjust the colors,good stability.Thus,polymer-based optoelectronic materials have become one of the hottest research topics in the world.In the future for a considerable period of time,polymer-based optoelectronic materials will have a very broad application prospects.Poly(aryl ether)is a kind of special polymer engineering plastics,exhibited high temperature resistance,good chemical stability,excellent mechanical properties and so on.If the photoelectric functional can be introduced into the poly(aryl ether)and prepare a polymer material device having photoelectric function,the device's using life and resistance to extreme conditions will be enhanced qualitatively.Additionally,the excellent mechanical properties mean that the fiber or film made by the polymer not only has good optoelectronic properties,but also has a very excellent mechanical strength.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to synthesize a bisphenol monomer with carbazole pendant groups based on triphenylamine as the main chain,followed by condensation polymerization with dihalogenated ketone to prepare a poly(aryl ether ketone)-based photoelectric material.This article mainly includes the following two parts:1)A bisphenol monomer having a carbazole side group based on triphenylamine as the main chain was prepared by a five-step chemical reaction,followed by treatment with 4,4'-difluorobenzophenone or bis(4-fluorophenyl)sulfone monomer to earn poly(aryl ether ketone)and poly(aryl ether sulfone)products that containingcarbazole structure.The molecular weight of the resultant products has a number average molecular weight of about 4000 g/mol.And the prepared products have very excellent solubility in conventional solvents and thermal stability.2)The photoelectric properties of carbazole-containing poly(aryl ether ketone)and poly(aryl ether sulfone)were investigated.It was found that they had similar energy levels and their HOMO are matched the parameter of ITO and PEDOT:PSS,which are suitable for hole injection material.The results showed that the hole mobility of poly(aryl ether ketone)is higher than its electron mobility,while the phenomenon of poly(aryl ether sulfone)is just the opposite.
