With the development of social economy,the demand that the quality and the personality for the wood industry is rapidly increased.CNC milling machine,represented by double-headed milling machine,has developed rapidly and become a symbol of industrial upgrading of woodworking industry.In this paper,based on the research of NC milling machine,a series of technical algorithms are researched to solve the path generation problem of double-headed milling CNC machine tools,and the following results are obtained.Based on the three-dimensional space model of NC machine tool,the relevant kinematics model is established.In the derivation of the formula,it is found that the CNC milling machine can only cut the workpiece in real time by linear interpolation motion.On the basis of this,the cutting parameters,the radius of the tool and the processing speed are controlled to provide a matching solution.Then a series of trajectory planning algorithms are proposed to solve the path planning problems encountered in CNC milling machine.For the processing of the cavity,the depth-first search algorithm based on binary tree is studied to implement the path planning of the cutter path.A discrete machining algorithm with equal distance angle is studied for elliptic curve.Aiming at the NURBS curve,based on the calculation of the difference mode,the design of the arc approximation,the adaptive interpolation algorithm is researched.For the problem of double-tool simultaneous machining,the forward-looking algorithm of path planning and the algorithm of double-head path coordination planning are studied.The implementation of the algorithm can effectively guarantee the accuracy and security of the actual processing.Then,according to the characteristics of CNC machining technology,the solution of tool radius compensation is researched and designed,and the tool radius compensation algorithm based on interference inspection is designed in the process of tool radius compensation.Finally,a series of algorithms are designed and developed based on the DXF file,and the CAM automatic programming software is designed,and the actual processing algorithm is validated by the experimental design.Finally,through the actual processing effect of the test piece,Rationality and accuracy of the algorithm design are determined.
