| DeltaV DCS is a more advanced control system with more stable hardware based on traditional distributed control system,which was created by Emerson Process Control Corporation.It is extensively used in all walks of life,and it has more advantages comparing with the same type of control system.The source of this project is the platform control system upgrade project of Bohai Sea area of CNOOC(China National Offshore Oil Corp.).As there are high risk and challenge in oilfield production.Complicated treatment processes come higher requirement about control system.As the “brain” and center of oilfield production,the stability and accuracy and effectiveness of control system are directly related to oil&gas processes and equipment operation as well as staffs effectiveness and security.The first generation of control system cannot meet the need of current situation.This article states the domestic and overseas exploitation condition in the first place,then analyze the bottlenecks and insufficiency of the old control system.Current development of automatic control system and mainstream DCS have been compared with actual situation of offshore oil&gas processing.The dissertation introduces offshore platform processes and process equipment as well as the details of all systems have been comprehensively introduced.Also the structures,control network,characteristics of control systems have been analyzed.The frame of oil&gas processing of DeltaV has been built as well.the article divides the details of offshore oil process into data collection,valve control,process shut-off and control logic.Base on DeltaV DCS to finish control strategies for the purpose of oil exploration and purification as well as stable transportation has been illustrated as well.The hardware and software of system can meet the need of the user after the control system upgrade.The effectiveness,quality and stability have been improved.It also paves the way for system exploration and maintenance. |
