The fault of the offshore drilling platform is unpredictable.In the event of an emergency,the questions are how to get real-time fault information and react in a proper way to handle the fault,which are critical for the safety of the platform.To ensure the platform being monitored,the paper studies how to extract the key attributes of various subsystems,analyze the correlation between them,and design the monitoring system of the offshore drilling platform thoroughly from the modules to the entire system based on Multi-Agent technology.The system offers the method to get the data from various subsystems fused,to check the equipment working conditions through the visual monitoring UI,to enable locating the faults efficiently and timely so that the faults can be handled safely and reliably.The topic of the paper is to implement the visual and real-time monitoring system based on Multi-Agent for the offshore drilling platform.The paper's tasks are as follows:(1)Carry out the investigation and study for the offshore drilling platform monitoring system based on Multi-Agent.On the one hand,the shortcomings of the current industrial monitoring system are found out by comparing and analyzing the working style of industrial monitoring systems;on the other hand,the content summary for the Multi-Agent structure model,communication mechanism,collaboration style and so on is made.In the end,the idea of how to establish the relationship between Multi-Agent theory and the offshore drilling platform monitoring system is proposed.(2)12 sub-systems of the offshore drilling platform are analyzed.On the one hand,the method about how to extract the attributes for subsystems is presented;on the other hand,the overall consideration for the whole system design from the horizontal and vertical angle is made.(3)The monitoring system is designed and implemented.Remote monitoring system is based on B/S model;the scene monitoring system is based on C/S model.The latter increases the data acquisition functions.The main function modules include report shows,the alarm module,historical data query,fault data statistics.Using the observer mode and MVC mode realizes each subsystem,and design the software combining with Spring framework very well,which achieve a unified management for distributed subsystems greatly.(4)The innovations of the paper are as follows: Based on the Multi-Agent theory,the method of using the Spring framework to realize the Multi-Agent system is proposed;12 sub-Agent systems and their key attributes are identified,and encapsulated into the corresponding Agent object,and the system design is completed using OOP and combining with Spring;the collected data of various agents are encapsulated with the customed standard format using XML technology,which make it possible for Agent terminal to handle the data in a unified way to achieve the purpose of information fusion.The work can be used as the phased research results to provide a reference value for the subsequent offshore drilling platform smart monitoring design.
